Another heartbreaking result for Aioli PM against a strong vikings side. We went 2-0 up with 2 headers in the first 20 mins firstly a corner by Brian to Phil at the back post and the second after a great martin free kick was put away by oliver. Vikings managed to reply immediately and make it 2-2 by HT. Second half was an exciting affair, we controlled more possession and territory but just couldn't get ahead. Vikings made it 3-2 when their speedy winger pounced on a ball over the top and finished well. We spent the next 25 mins bombarding them for an equaliser and it came when the keeper dropped a Benji cross at addy feet. 3-3! At this point the momentum was with us but vikings got the winner after a long throw into the box. We didn't deserve to lose this one a terrible feeling at the end of a game we played very well in. We are due a bit of luck. Onwards to Hibs.
