History Made!

Vikings finally got our hands on a trophy which capped a particularly strong 2025 which has seen us with a big league finish and now a cup win. In a game of few viking chances, the highlight was the first goal. A stunning break from a SFC corner, which was a well worked team goal with Sasha keeping up a great run of scoring form with brilliant header from a great Joe cross. SFC levelled before the break with a good goal, and well deserved. Second half was an unbelievable effort from Vikings. Managing to go 2-1 up when high pressure won the ball back and Joe laidd it on to Lucas who chose a great time to get his first goal for Vikings. then it was down to rear guard action and solid defence. David doing David things in goal and a back 4 and midfield effort for the ages. Thanks to SFC for a well contested game.
