Faites attention!!!!!

A good saturday diving session

I think the scoreline says it all. A very bad day in the office again for OG who sinked against the leader of the league. A difficult line up with some youngster in the team who came help us up on the day. So a big thanks to them. We were just not ready to compete and face the physical challenge imposed by the Lions. Despite the odd and the missing players, the individual quality was there. Though we never managed to play as one and Gaelic took the best of us by winning all the challenges, and by been more aggressive. They started the game well and hold the ball. They scored 2 early goals which affected us, and when we though we were doing better and started creating a few chances, they wrapped up the game by scoring a third one when our keeper and defender smashed into each other, allowing the Gaelic striker for an easy push in. 3-0 HT. Second half was slightly better but not enough. Gaelic gave us the possession to better counter attack us which they did well and scored 2 more goals to make it 5-0 with minutes to play. In the dying minute we managed to save what could be saved and scored a goal from a deflected free kick to make it 5-1. There were no real contest on the day. A more athletic team playing as one took over a list of invididuals struggling to find automatism and some magic upfront. Congrats to the Greens for a deserved 3 points. For OG, it s time to got back to training sessions and bounce back next week against TGA. We are capable of the worst but also the best. Lets hope next week we will show the other side of the coin. MOM OG: none MOM Gaelic: Their tall striker upfront. (Brett). He did a great game holding the ball and won most of his challenges.
