The joy of the cup

Another hot Saturday afternoon at Turf City against a very well organized CBD team. The lions started strongly dominating possession and should have taken the lead early but missed a handful of chances. With CDB looking dangerous on the break it was important for the Lions to score first. Once the the Lions score the first goal we step up our performance and continued to dominate the remainder of the game. with 2 more goals in the 2nd Half the lions saw out the game comfortable. CBD put in an excellent effort and would be a good addition to the Cosmo league.
